Village and a ruin of the oldest stone castle in the territory of the Czech Republic. It was built by masters of Vohburg at the beginning of the 12th century. Up to the end of the 16th century the castle fulfilled its guardian function, then it lost its strategic position and fell into a state disrepair. From 1675 it is the property of the Kolovrats who had the ruin provisionally secured in the middle of the 19th century. Today the massive residential tower which ground floor was used as a prison is the most visible part of the casle core.
